Addressing the attitudes on media regulation among journalists and editors in light of the recent development in the Norwegian market, the result shows massive and wide-spread support for the current press subsidy system among Norwegian journalistic professionals. There are only small differences in the attitudes if we compare journalists´ workplace and medium. The editors, however, tends to be more uncertain in their support of the system than regular journalists.
